"So I was looking for another option in Car Insurance and got several quotes, and actually I found something like $30.00 cheaper with an other carrier but the agent was abrupt. "Everyone in their office is superb, and I wanted to single out Laura for specific praise. I've been a customer of Omar's agency since my original agent retired, after handing my insurance needs for over 30 years, and they stepped in like old friends. When I got forgetful, a helpful email would remind me to pay a bill before it got too late. I have only had a couple of claims in the last 20 years or so, and everything went like clockwork. Some things got mailed to the wrong address, and Laura was in touch with SF directly to find out what happened how it could be resolved. They are more than 'good neighbors,' Thanks, Laura for so much. Even when I had auto insurance on a Porsche as a young man, I never felt that my premiums weren't giving me great value, no matter the cost."
